These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the s5vip platform. By creating an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out below. Please read carefully before proceeding.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

2.1 To register and maintain an active s5vip account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
2.2 s5vip is operated for and primarily targeted at players who are residents of Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are accessing the Platform in a personal capacity for recreational purposes only.
3.1 To access the full s5vip Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including a valid email address, a chosen username, and a password meeting s5vip's minimum security requirements.
3.2 Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. s5vip reserves the right to permanently close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances held within them.
3.3 You must provide your own personal information during registration. Registering under another person's name or using falsified information is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure without refund of any deposited funds.
3.4 s5vip reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to state a reason.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your s5vip login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party.
4.2 All activity conducted through your s5vip account — including all wagers placed and all withdrawal requests submitted — is deemed to have been carried out by you and at your direction, whether or not you were personally in control of the account at the time.
4.3 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact s5vip customer support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. s5vip will take reasonable steps to suspend the account pending investigation but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where reasonable security precautions were not observed by the member.
5.1 All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. s5vip does not charge any transaction fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which s5vip accepts no responsibility.
5.2 s5vip accepts deposits via the following payment channels:
5.3 Deposits are credited to your IDR Wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds by s5vip's payment processor. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5 minutes during normal banking hours (WIB, UTC+7). E-wallet deposits are typically instant. s5vip accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment infrastructure.
5.4 Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members — are not permitted and may result in the suspension of your s5vip account pending investigation.
5.5 s5vip reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct as described in Clause 9.
6.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed exclusively in IDR to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name.
6.2 s5vip targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. s5vip does not guarantee any specific withdrawal processing time.
6.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification as described in Clause 10. s5vip may delay or withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory verification documents have been received and approved.
6.4 Withdrawals to a bank account or e-wallet that differs from the account used for the corresponding deposit may be subject to additional verification steps at s5vip's discretion.
6.5 s5vip reserves the right to conduct additional fraud and anti-money-laundering checks on any withdrawal request. In such cases, the processing timeline may be extended by up to 5 business days while investigations are conducted.
7.1 s5vip may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, deposit match promotions, and other incentives to new and existing members. All such offers are subject to these Terms and any specific promotional terms published alongside the offer.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all s5vip bonus credits:
7.3 s5vip reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus credit where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a member has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any attempt to exploit promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
7.4 Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred to another member account.
8.1 All games available on the s5vip Platform — including live casino tables, RNG slot games, sportsbook markets, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw markets — are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within each game environment.
8.2 In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a member's device and the result recorded on s5vip's server, the server record shall be conclusive and final.
8.3 s5vip uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games, independently tested by accredited third-party laboratories. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) in real time and are not subject to any electronic manipulation by s5vip.
8.4 Togel draw results published on the s5vip Platform are sourced from the relevant official pool operators. s5vip does not modify, delay, or manipulate draw results.
8.5 Sportsbook odds are set by s5vip's trading team and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Pre-match and in-play markets — including bandar bola (sports bookmaker) style Asian handicap lines and mix parlay (accumulator) bets — are governed by the sportsbook rules published in the Sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, settlement will follow the rules stated therein.
8.6 The minimum and maximum stake amounts for each game type are displayed within the game interface. s5vip reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the s5vip Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
9.2 Where s5vip has reasonable grounds to suspect prohibited conduct, it may freeze account withdrawals pending investigation. During any investigation, the member's account balance will be held securely and will not be applied to any liability of s5vip.
10.1 s5vip operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme as a standard element of its compliance framework. KYC verification may be requested at any point, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal above a specified threshold, or following any activity that triggers a review under s5vip's internal risk controls.
10.2 Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

10.4 If a member declines to provide requested KYC documents within 14 days of the initial request, s5vip reserves the right to suspend the account and withhold withdrawal processing until verification is completed.

11.3 s5vip reserves the right to impose limits, cooling-off periods, or self-exclusion on any account at its own discretion, including where it identifies patterns of play that suggest problem gambling behaviours, without requiring the member's consent to do so.
12.1 All content on the s5vip Platform — including but not limited to the s5vip brand name, logo, software, game content, graphics, text, interface design, and data compilations — is the property of s5vip or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
12.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit any reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.
12.3 Any unauthorised use of s5vip intellectual property, including but not limited to the creation of mirror sites, unauthorised API access, or scraping of odds data, will be pursued to the fullest extent available under applicable law.
13.1 The s5vip Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, s5vip makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform.
13.2 s5vip shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental — arising from:
13.3 In any event, s5vip's aggregate liability to any individual member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14.1 s5vip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at any time and without prior notice where:
14.2 Members may voluntarily close their s5vip account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the IDR Wallet will be returned to the member's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
14.3 Any bonus credits or winnings derived solely from bonus credits that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure, regardless of whether the closure is voluntary or imposed by s5vip.
15.1 s5vip reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective from the date they are published on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.
15.2 Where an amendment materially affects a member's rights or obligations, s5vip will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered members via their registered email address at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.3 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact customer support to arrange voluntary account closure in accordance with Clause 14.2.
16.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which s5vip is incorporated and licensed to operate.
16.2 s5vip operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform. The Platform is targeted at adult Indonesian players for recreational purposes. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice regarding the status of online gaming under Indonesian law, and s5vip expressly disclaims any responsibility for the legal position of individual members under their applicable local laws.
16.3 Any dispute between a member and s5vip that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitral authority in s5vip's jurisdiction of incorporation. The language of arbitration shall be English.
